Offered with IP67 protection, the 40 and 60W power supplies can be used in humid and dusty environments. The NPF-40(D)/60(D) devices feature a DC style output design, making them suitable for indoor LED lighting, LED decorative lighting and LED architectural lighting applications. Featuring a PWM style output design, the PWM-40/60 power supplies are suitable for LED strips or LED luminaries using current limiting resistors.

Following the success of the NPF-90(D) and PWM-90 series of waterproof LED power supplies, Mean Well has released 40 and 60W versions. Similar to the 90W versions, the NPF-40(D)/60(D) and PWM-40/60 devices feature a pF value of more than 0.9, a setup time of less than 500ms, no load power consumption of less than 0.5W and conform to the EU ErP Directive for LED lighting systems.
