SYSGO showcases advanced cybersecurity

SYSGO is set to showcase its latest innovations at embedded world 2025 from March 11-13th in Nuremberg.

Attendees can visit SYSGO at Booth 4-126 to explore demonstrators designed to enhance security, safety, and real-time performance for industrial automation IoT and other applications.

SYSGO will present the Industrial Edge Demo, which will demonstrate the integration of Edge architecture for real-time quality control combined with artificial intelligence (AI). A camera will capture images of workpieces on a conveyor belt, analysed in real-time by an AI model running on top of PikeOS. A rejection mechanism in PikeOS for MPU’s critical partition will be triggered to remove faulty items.

Another highlight is a Cybersecurity Demonstration that highlights the robust security features of SYSGO’s flagship real-time operating system, PikeOS with Immutable embedded Linux ELinOS. This demo showcases how PikeOS ensures operational security by resisting unauthorised access and maintaining system stability under cyber threats. A LiDAR-based interactive scanner will detect and visualise simulated security threats in real-time.

SYSGO will also announce its upcoming certifiable Edge Computing Platform, a real-time, safety-critical system designed for deterministic performance and AI integration at the Edge. With Kubernetes-based orchestration, it enables dynamic scaling and workload management for the edge devices. The platform supports real-time AI workloads directly on Edge devices while ensuring encrypted communication and seamless compatibility with major Cloud providers.

SYSGO invites attendees to experience these advanced demonstrations live at Booth 4-126. Visitors will gain firsthand insights into how SYSGO’s technologies enhance cybersecurity, industrial automation, and Edge computing, paving the way for next-generation embedded systems.
