LASER COMPONENTS offers short pass and long pass filters with extremely steep edges in the wavelength range 442nm to 1064nm useful in Raman applications. Transition regions of less than 3nm may be achieved depending on the wavelength range, with OD6 blocking and over 90% transmission. Filters with such steep edges allow spectroscopic instruments to distinguish and effectively separate the excitation wavelengths from the emitted wavelength without negatively affecting the desired wavelengths.
