FLEXPOINT DOE laser modules

Diffractive Optical Elements (DOEs) allow a dot laser to be used to provide many different beam patterns.

We have been able to integrate the DOEs into our FLEXPOINT laser modules. These modules can have a pre-set focus or an adjustable option. The module wavelength varies from 405nm to 905nm and has a range of output powers from less than 1mW up to 100mW.  There is a standard size module and a ruggedised module, with the standard being 57mm long and 11.5mm in diameter, and the ruggedised module being 63mm long and 19.0mm in diameter. The DOE can either be integrated or provided to the laser module as an add-on. The patterns generated by the DOEs mean that they can be used for many applications requiring detailed monitoring and industrial image processing.
