The HOTFLOW THREE introduces Ersa’s SCPU (Smart Convection Power Unit), which delivers precise thermal performance with noticeably lower nitrogen consumption. It’s engineered for strong repeatability, stable profiles, and modern connectivity demands.
VERSAFLOW ONE and VERSAFLOW 4/55 selective soldering systems
These systems offer a mix of flexibility and throughput, with single-pot and dual-pot VERSAFLEX options, modular construction, and CAD Assistant four for quick and efficient programming. Both platforms support connected-factory requirements and are built to slot easily into modern production lines.
HR 600P rework system
Created for tough SMT components such as BGAs, QFNs, and fine-pitch devices, the HR 600P combines accurate heat control with consistent, repeatable rework results—even on densely populated boards.
i-CON TRACE soldering station
As Ersa’s first fully networked soldering station, the i-CON TRACE brings full traceability and IoT connectivity to hand soldering. It gives manufacturers a clear view of every step of the process and supports quality-control and compliance needs.
