TUM makes strategic collaboration for the space flight

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the space flight concern ArianeGroup have signed a memorandum of understanding covering research, innovation and student education at the launch of the new building for the Department of Aerospace, Aeronautics and Geodesy on the TUM Ottobrunn campus.

TUM and the ArianeGroup will strategically consolidate their power in the future-oriented space flight sector with a partnership in research and teaching driven by innovation at the Ottobrunn/Taufkirchen site. Specific plans include projects in the areas of launch vehicles and Industry 4.0.
