LEMO is proud to introduce the new IP68-rated REDEL SP Series, the next generation of high-performance connectors designed for critical applications in medical, test & measurement, and UAV environments.

Combining lightweight construction, high contact density, and ergonomic design, the REDEL SP Series now delivers superior water and dust protection without compromising flexibility or reliability.

The REDEL SP Series features a patented internal Push-Pull latching system, ensuring secure, ergonomic connections that are easy to mate and clean. With up to 22 contacts in a compact Ø15.5mm footprint, designers can achieve high-density connectivity even in tight spaces.

Constructed from FDA-certified PPSU, these connectors are five times lighter than steel yet extremely durable and compatible with repeated sterilisation, steam, and ETO processes. IP68 sealing (2m / 2h when mated) protects sensitive electronics from moisture and dust, while 15kV ESD resistance safeguards critical signals.

Achieving a fully sealed IP68 solution requires advanced cable solutions and expert assembly. LEMO’s custom BioCompatic medical-grade cables offer flexibility, biocompatibility, sterilisation resistance, and signal integrity. Combined with our cable clamping technology, we deliver robust, repeatable, regulation-compliant assemblies that simplify installation while ensuring safety. ISO 13485–certified manufacturing provides plug-and-play harnesses that merge connector reliability with expert cable assembly for long-term performance.

  • Patented internal Push-Pull latching system
  • High-density contacts in a miniaturised size
  • Flexible insert system for both plug and receptacle
  • Resin-free IP68 sealing
