The range offers wide input voltage range from 85 – 264vac (100 – 400vdc) and also over current and short circuit protection. Cooling is by free air convection and no additional heat sinking required. Six single-output voltage regulated models are available in the common nominal output voltages from +3.3VDC to + 24VDC. Both a 90 degree (reducing height), and standard SIL packages are available across all models.
AC/DC power supplies offer 3000vac input to output isolation
A range of miniature AC/DC power supplies, the PS05 series, has been launched by PowerPax. The 5W PCB mount power supplies, which are IEC60950/EN60950/UL60950 safety approved, features MTBF ＞300,000 h at 25℃. Measuring 42 x 27 x 11mm, the compact devices occupy very little board space and the class II design offers 3000vac input to output isolation (testing for 1 Min).
