Featuring a typical phase noise of -102dBc/Hz at the 10kHz offset, the fixed frequency synthesiser provides typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -18dBc and spurious suppression of -70dBc. The SFS11800-LF is suitable for GPS clock systems that require extremely low phase noise performance while operating over the industrial temperature range from -40 to +85°C.
Housed in Z-Comm’s standard PLL-V12N package measuring 0.6×0.6×0.13″, it is also suited to automated surface mount assembly and is available in tape and reel packaging.
