The LED illumination of LATAB can be operated in both continuous and strobe mode – as is the case with all of the company’s lighting heads. Brightness during strobe operation is up to 6 times higher. LATAB also offers matched controllers that were developed specifically for this illumination series. Besides five different sizes, with light apertures between 25 x 25 and 145 x 145 millimetres, the illumination colours red, white, blue, green, as well as infrared and ultraviolet are available.
Coaxial illumination is utilized when diffuse lighting is required in industrial image processing, for example to illuminate highly reflecting surfaces homogeneously, and to avoid reflections.
