Vectron International Expands its Portfolio of MEMS-Based Clock Oscillators With Three New Product Series

Significantly improved jitter performance and excellent frequency stability.

MSC now offers the new VM-702, VM-802 and VM-822 product series of MEMS-based clock oscillators from Vectron International. These next generation devices improve the jitter performance (peak to peak period jitter
The new VM-702, VM-802 and VM-822 product series are designed for an expanded frequency range from 10 MHz to 460 MHz and have LVDS, LVPECL and HCSL output options.

The VM-702 is provided in a 7 x 5.0 x 0.87 mm, the VM-802 in a 5 x 3.2 x 0.87 mm and the VM‑822 in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.87 mm small industry standard QFN package.

Delivery times for the MEMS-based clock oscillators are usually less than 2 weeks.
