Certified Members have focused on meeting high-level standards by passing a comprehensive 320-point inspection of their technical, business, quality assurance, and support processes. All certified engineers have passed a similar rigorous training which is used by Xilinx Field Application Engineers worldwide. Certified Member engineers will have to refresh certification training annually to ensure their expertise on the latest products and technologies from Xilinx.
