n comparison with the extra low quiescent current of 3uA in the HT70xxA-1 series, this new HT70xxA-3 series now encompasses a lowering of quiescent current to 1uA, which can provide significant advantages in the area of battery life for portable product applications. The output voltage accuracy is within ±2% and the maximum input voltage is 30V. Additionally, the devices include a hysteresis circuit function and low temperature coefficient characteristics which ensures detect voltage stability. These enhanced features enable them to meet the needs of a wider range of product applications.
With regard to technical specifications, the HT70xxA-3 series is a range of three-terminal voltage detectors implemented in CMOS technology. The devices provide 8 detect voltage selections ranging from 2.2V to 8.2V. The “xx ” within the part number stands for the detected voltage specification. The devices operate with a temperature range from -40℃ to +85℃. To increase flexibility, 3 type packages, namely TO92, SOT23-5 and SOT89 are available for this series. These detectors are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as household appliances, portable products, video convertor boxes, medical products, measurement instruments and security systems etc.
