ADDI-DATA PC boards are designed especially for applications in harsh industrial environments and are equipped with many protective circuits: Overvoltage and short-circuit protection, optical isolation, filters, reverse voltage protection etc.
Hybrid embedded system for distributed real-time applications
In combination with real-time measurement and control systems of the MSX box series, the PC boards provide a hybrid embedded system for distributed real-time applications. MSX-box systems feature a minimum jitter of 3.5 µs and thus support the hybrid PC boards with fast signal processing. MSX-box systems are compact open source systems based on standard technology like standard Ethernet, PCI or Compact-PCI backplane etc. They are open systems in which PCI or Compact-PCI boards by other manufacturers can be used.
