During an extensive evaluation, the MT9510, already known for its outstanding temperature performance, met the customer’s expectations and significantly outperformed other test handlers. The evaluation was conducted on the original hardware of the actual test cell. It began at Multitest’s Penang location and came to a conclusion on the test floor of an international IDM.
The MT9510proved its accuracy and stability at references throughout the entire cold-ambient-hot temperature range. The system’s temperature accuracy of +/- 2°C and temperature stability of +/- 0.5°C meets even highest requirements.
After its successful evaluation, the MT9510 is now implemented in automotive, high-volume applications. Customers greatly benefit from the machine’s outstanding uptime, even during cold test.
