The fair’s motto – Energy Efficiency Solutions – is reflected clearly on the Rutronik stand: Lit solely by LEDs, it enables visitors to experience for themselves the low heat emission and outstanding colour reproduction an LED light source offers. Four models of the Arquicity LED street light demonstrate the very latest generation of lighting technology, featuring uniform light diffusion, with automatic brightness control and a wide input voltage range, in four brightness levels and three light colours. Rutronik developed these street lights jointly with its Portuguese customer Arquiled and German opto-electronics partner Osram Opto Semiconductors, which provided both the LEDs and the ambient light sensors. Sales are being handled by the newly established Rutronik Lighting Solutions division.
As a partner on the Rutronik stand, Sharp is presenting the latest developments in LED technology for general lighting. The highlights are the new high-performance LED modules from the MiniZeni series.
