The number of customers visiting the JUKI booth was 50% higher than the previous year. Several existing projects were brought to a successful conclusion during the show, while a number of very promising projects either originated during the exhibit or were brought to the next level in the purchasing process.
During SMT 2011, on a floor space of 156 m2, JAS Europe presented almost its entire product portfolio. Both the JX-100LED and the KE-1080 celebrated their European debuts during the exhibition and generated a large amount of interest on the JUKI booth. With the Placement Monitor System, Juki presented another hugely popular feature on the booth. This innovative system, which was exclusively developed by JUKI in cooperation with CyberOptics, automates the failure analysis and provides an invaluable contribution to process stability.
