Pickering Interfaces at electronica 2012

Pickering Interfaces has continued in 2012 to regularly release a steady flow of new products in both the LXI and PXI platforms. At electronica 2012 we showcase the following new products:

• 40-727/728/729 Expandable RF Matrices – Building on the success of Pickering’s unique 40-726A RF Matrix, these new modules now allow Pickering to provide a family of expandable RF Matrices for a broad range of RF applications.

• 40-884 4×4 6GHz RF Matrix – This is the first 4×4 RF Solid State matrix available in PXI. This product is an addition to our continually expanding family of 40-88X Solid State Switching.

• 40-611 Multiplexer – Enhancement of our PXI Multiplexer offerings with the highest density 2A multiplexers in PXI, featuring very low channel cost.

• 40-738 USB Hub – Expanding our range of PXI modules supporting USB products, this introduction adds USB 2 interfacing to PXI test solutions. Bringing USB support to PXI, the 40-738 enables the expansion of PXI test systems to support both USB test equipment & devices under test.

• 40-567 BRIC Matrix – The latest addition to Pickering’s established range of BRIC options, Pickering Interfaces have again pushed back the 2 Amp Matrix boundaries, beating current industry offerings by a massive 83% increase in density. This allows for a smaller test system footprint and can lower costs by potentially reducing the need for additional PXI chassis, all while retaining the capability and performance required.
