Crydom Introduces the CN Series of Single in-line Pluggable Solid State Relays, DIN Rail Mounted Sockets and Assemblies

The CN series features 5 mm wide pluggable/PCB mountable single-in-line AC and DC output SSRs, Single channel DRS series sockets for CN series SSRs, and DIN rail mounted CN series SSR/Socket Assemblies.

Crydom, a company of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) and global expert in Solid State Relay Technology, introduces a new line of pluggable/solderable single in-line Solid State Relays, DIN rail mounted sockets and ready to use SSR/Socket Assemblies. The 5 mm wide CN series SSRs meet industry standard pin out configurations for both Solid State and Electromechanical relays and are designed to be plugged into Crydom DRSCN series sockets or soldered into printed circuit boards. Featuring all solid state optically coupled designs, CN series models are available with either a 240/2 amp AC output, 24/3.5 amp DC output, or 48/0.1 amp DC output. Available input configurations include 2.5 to 12 VDC, 15 to 30 VDC and 38 to 72 VDC.

DRSCN series DIN rail mounted sockets include input status LED indicator and are available for 5 to 12 or 15 to 30 VDC control inputs, and 60 to 120 or 60 to
250 VAC/VDC control inputs. The 6.2 mm wide DRSCN sockets are designed to accept industry standard 5 mm wide SSRs or EM relays and snaps onto standard 35 mm DIN rail. SSRs are easily plugged into the sockets and removed via a convenient latch mechanism. Available Marker Strips for the sockets are also offered to allow easy circuit function identification for each socket.

Combining the CN relays and DRSCN sockets, Crydom also offers ready to use SSR/Socket assemblies. The DRA-CN series of assemblies offer all of the features and benefits of both the CN SSRs and DRSCN sockets, but in a ready to use configuration.
