Rochester Electronics has re-introduced and continues to manufacture the Fairchild MM74HC123A high speed dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator. With speeds comparable to Schottky TTL circuitry, the MM74HC123A retains the low power and high noise immunity characteristics of CMOS circuits.
