The order, worth $770k to the Texas based business, is for a number of cryopump systems that the customer will use to support its continuing expansion. Oxford Instruments is supplying tools and systems around the world to further research and production of HBLEDs, and I am delighted that Austin Scientific is supporting the work being done in the US”.

Oxford Instruments continues its focus on addressing key environmental issues with the announcement that its Austin Scientific business has secured a significant order with a major High Brightness Light Emitting Diode (HBLED) manufacturer in the US.
