The SMV5320A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 27 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s standard SUB-L package measuring 0.3 in. x 0.3 in. x 0.08 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The SMV5320A-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
