American Industrial Systems Inc. (AIS), introduced a IP67 Sealed LCD Display for superior performance in wet, dusty, rugged, and humid environments. The LCD Monitor is designed to withstand high pressure water contact such has hurricanes and typhoons and complete immersion in water up to 1 meter. The Outdoor display features a high brightness display, capable of performing in direct sunlight applications. Additional HMI touchscreen integration is an available option, enhancing the versatility of the display, doubling as a user input terminal for point of sale, communication, and monitoring. The rugged waterproof display opens up opportunities to introduce touchscreen LCD displays into environments that were previously impossible.

The IP67 LCD display is encased in a waterproof and dustproof anti-corrosive aluminum enclosure, ensuring complete all-weather protection including the rear I/O connectors. Additionally the rugged display is compliant with Military 810F Environmental Engineering standards for shock and vibration. Wide Temperature modules are available, allowing the display to operate in -20C to 60C ambient condition.

VESA standard mounting holes are available on every unit for easy deployment into any installation. Whether your application requires a commercial off the shelf (COTS) unit, or a fully customized Weatherproof Display, AIS has the flexibility to meet your requirement.
