Procelerant COM Express products are based on COM Express, a computer-on module standard that provides a bridge from legacy interfaces such as PCI and IDE to new serial differential signaling technologies such as PCI Express, Serial ATA, USB 2.0, LVDS, and Serial DVO.
The Starter Kits minimize installation requirements and reduce the amount of time design teams need to get development underway, helping to control pre-market costs and time requirements. The design process for applications such as imaging, industrial automation, gaming, and test & measurement is accelerated by utilizing this approach.
Kits arrive integrated onto a development carrier board and all of the hardware needed for COM Express prototyping by using a single order code. Each Kit provides:
