Sixteen models operate from 5 VDC and 12 VDC inputs, providing outputs of 5, 9, 12, 15, ±5, ±9, ±12, or ±15 VDC. Standard features include an input/output isolation of 6,000 VDC, an internal filter, efficiency as high as 80% and low noise operation. All models in the series are approved to UL 1950 (IEC 60950) safety standards. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the A200EHI series is greater than 3.5 Mhours.
All models of the A200EHI family are packaged in a miniature 24-Pin DIP package. The pin-out is industry standard. Each model is specified for operation over the wide industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C ambient with no derating or heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection.
The A200EHI series is an ideal solution for a variety of board level power applications requiring 2W of output power, very high isolation levels, miniature package size, UL approvals and low component cost. Applications would include industrial process systems, medical equipment & instrumentation, data processing equipment, robotic systems and board level power distribution subsystems.
