WiFi data loggers monitor events 24/7
A range of highly effective WiFi data loggers has been added to its extensive instrumentation product portfolio by Electronic Assembly. The temperature and humidity sensors are manufactured to exacting standards by Corintech, and they are suitable for uninterrupted 24/7 monitoring in sensitive environments.
Software suite enhances design to test cycle
Major new features of the XJTAG Development System including Log File Viewer and Waveform Viewer will be on parade at productronica in Munich (November 10-14). Working in conjunction with XJTAG’s production test environment, XJRunner, Log File Viewer bridges the gap between the design domain and the production test environment by allowing test engineers to capture vital fault diagnosis and convey it back to design teams, enabling effe...
Test system streamlines chip & sensor production
The latest model of its EVA100 measurement system, the high-throughput EVA100 Production Model designed for volume production of sensors, low-pin-count analogue ICs and mixed-signal ICs has been introduced by Advantest. Fully compatible with the initial EVA100 system introduced last year, the new Production Model allows users to establish a standardised measurement environment from design evaluation through production, dramatically improving thei...
Mixed signal scopes augmented by current probes
Two new high-sensitivity current probes are now available for Yokogawa's families of mixed-signal oscilloscopes and ScopeCorders. The 701917, covering a frequency range from DC to 50 MHz, and the 701918, covering DC to 120 MHz, offer sensitivities ten times higher than previous models (typically 1 V/A) along with low noise levels of typically 60 µA RMS.
Linear DC power supplies target R&D applications
The DP800 series of power supplies from Rigol Technologies is designed for easy deployment in research, development and all laboratory applications. It is Rigol's next generation power supply solution and extends the existing product line offering an optimal price performance ratio.
PXI solid state multiplexer speeds up test process
A 5A PXI Solid State Multiplexer has been launched by Pickering Interfaces at IEEE Autotestcon in Maryland (November 2-5). This multiplexer (model 40-652) was originally designed for a large defence contractor looking for a multiplexer that could handle large inrush currents. The 40-652 MUX series offers a range of configurations suitable for hot or cold switching signals up to ±100V at 5A.
Pickering and OPAL-RT partner for Modular Breakout System
Pickering Interfaces and OPAL-RT TECHNOLOGIES, a leading developer of real-time digital simulators and Hardware-In-the-Loop testing equipment have announced their partnership for Pickering’s new Modular Breakout System.
FSI's X-Mag Machine Vision Station to feature in Hand Soldering Competition
FSInspection has announced that it will provide the X-Mag Machine Vision Station in the Hand Soldering Competition presented by IPC — Association Connecting Electronics Industries in cooperation with productronica 2015. Competitors will demonstrate their soldering skills as they compete for cash prizes and a coveted spot at the IPC Hand Soldering World Championship at IPC APEX EXPO in Las Vegas next March.
Saki to show automated inspection equipment at productronica
Automated optical inspection specialist Saki will show its new 3D automated optical inspection, solder paste, and x-ray technology equipment at Productronica 2015 with the theme “From Inspection to Measurement.”
Testing the connected car to the fore at productronica
Solutions for measurement challenges in automotive, energy, semiconductors, materials, wireless and more will be demonstrated by Keysight Technologies at productronica in Munich (Nov 10-13). An Automotive Body and Safety Reference solution is supplied by the TS-8989 PXI functional test system.
