Isolated dual-channel gate driver with dead time
The UCC21222-Q1 device is an isolated dual channel gate driver from Texas Instruments with programmable dead time and wide temperature range. This device exhibits consistent performance and robustness under extreme temperature conditions. It is designed with 4A peak-source and 6A peak-sink current to drive power MOSFET, IGBT, and GaN transistors.
Low side GaN driver with 60MHz/1ns speed
The LMG1020 device is a single, low-side driver designed for driving GaN FETs and logic-level MOSFETs in high-speed applications including LiDAR, time-of-flight, facial recognition, and any power converters involving low side drivers. The design simplicity of the LMG1020 enables extremely fast propagation delays of 2.5 nanoseconds and minimum pulse width of 1 nanosecond.

Ultra-low-Iq wide-input low-dropout (LDO) regulator
The TPS709xx series of linear regulators are ultralow, quiescent current devices designed for power-sensitive applications. A precision band-gap and error amplifier provides 2% accuracy over temperature. Quiescent current of only 1 µA makes these devices suitable solutions for battery-powered, always-on systems that require very little idle-state power dissipation.
