Multitest’s Mercury Contactor for WLSCP Test

Multitest has been shipping WLCSP contactors for the past two years, which is relatively short compared to the decades of past shipping contactors for singulated devices. While Multitest’s Mercury probes achieve a good life of 500-700k insertions in package-test environments, the company is seeing probes in wafer-level test environments that are lasting 1.5-4 M for insertions and continue to provide excellent performance. This helps to make Multitest’s WLCSP contactor the industry leader for total cost of test solutions.
