2012 Special Edition Train Themed Aluminum Chassis
Lian-Li has unveiled the PC-CK101 train themed aluminium chassis. Resembling a traditional steam engine train while still functioning as a computer case, this Lian Li 2012 Special Edition Chassis combines the train and DIY builder enthusiast worlds into one. Modular PXI test rack with integrated VPC mass interface
The Peak Group have made available a modular PXI test rack providing 13U of full-depth instrumentation space and a further 6U of depth for rear-mounted instrumentation space. The new system is ergonomically designed for use in production test environments, and includes an integrated VPC mass interface receiver adaptor, allowing large numbers of different contact types to be quickly and easily connected in a single one operation.

New series of small cases provides versatile enclosure solution for PCBs
Schroff has introduced a new family of handy extruded-aluminium cases that provide a versatile and robust housing for either standardised or non-standard PCBs. Known as minipac, the new enclosures are available in two different shapes: the trapezoidal version can accept three boards measuring 50, 60 and 65mm in width, while the rectangular style is designed to accommodate either four standard 160 x 100mm boards or eight 160 x 60mm boards.
