The microBUCK family of synchronous buck regulators from Vishay Intertechnology has been expanded with 2A to 10A devices featuring a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. TDK Corporation has announced the introduction of the TDK-Lambda brand CUS150M series of AC/DC power supplies capable of operating in ambient temperatures of up to 80°C without the need for forced air cooling. Available in four package types and delivering up to 150W output power, the power supplies are suitable for use in both Class I or Class II (double insulated) installations.

Circuit protection company, Littelfuse, has introduced its first series of silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, the latest addition to the company’s growing power semiconductor line. The LSIC1MO120E0080 series, with a voltage rating of 1,200V and ultra-low (80mΩ) on-resistance, is the first organically designed, developed, and manufactured SiC MOSFETs to be released by this partnership.
