Inertial Aerosystems is introducing the HT1104 high temperature quad operational amplifier semiconductor. Manufactured by Honeywell using it’s unique Silicon on Insulator (SOI) technology, it is designed for use in systems operating in severe high temperature environments such as oil and gas drilling operations and Aerospace propulsion systems.
All parts are burned in at 250 degrees C and hermetically sealed in a 14 lead ceramic DIP. Also available in Die for large volumes.

This versatile amplifier provides guaranteed performance over the full 55 to 225 Deg C temperature range for 5 years, but will operate with temperatures of up to 300 degrees C for one year guaranteed. With both split and single supplies it is ideal for high temperature operations such as transducer interfacing, amplification, active filtering and signal buffering.

Features include common mode input voltage range including negative rail, low input bias and offset parameters, ESD protection circuitry with latch up free design and dielectric isolation.

This innovative product is part of a family of components that will operate in hostile environments. A new shortform catalogue is now available showing the full range of 13 components.

Other applications include Industrial Process Control, Electric power Conversation and Heavy Duty Internal Combustion Engines.
