MSC expands its existing clock generators product offering with the SiT9105 from SiTime. The SiT9105 is the first MEMS-based programmable clock generator that combines LVCMOS and differential outputs in a single package, thus reducing board area by up to 66%.
The SiT9105 can generate up to three unrelated frequencies. This includes two frequencies on single-ended outputs (up to two copies of each frequency) and one on the differential output. The device support LVDS, LVPECL or HCSL signaling levels. The SiT9105 can be programmed to generate any frequency outputs from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with 5 decimal places of accuracy. The frequency stability is as low as ±25 PPM.

The SiT9105 operates from 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V. Each output can operate off a different voltage, eliminating the need for external level translators.

By combining resonator, multiple timing components as well as single-ended and differential outputs on a single chip, the SiT9105 ensures the highest levels of reliability and economic efficiency.
