Sharp’s new tuneable white, mid-power SMD-based LED for SSL lighting applications comprises two different correlated colour temperature (CCT) emitters that together produce light output that can be steplessly 'tuned' over the range of 2700–6500K. It will get its first public outing at the Light+Building trade-show in Frankfurt (March 30 – April 4 2014).
Multi-touch panel PC targets infotainment, retail applications
Slim enough for infotainment and retail use, Review Display Systems (RDS) is now offering the ACP-1073HTT-A1, a 7in. fanless, multi-touch panel PC from AAEON. The ultra-slim panel chassis measures 20mm deep and the LCD measures just 13mm deep for integration into the most space-constrained panels.
