Sharp's ambient light sensors means stable light measurements at varying temperatures. This range of Optical IC (OPIC) Sensors combines superior spectral response with temperature range stability and curves that match those of the human eye. The resulting linear output measurement is what is naturally expected in any lighting condition; meaning minimum engineering time spent in compensation circuitry.
