Mixed signal oscilloscope gets memory, firmware upgrades

Yokogawa's DLM2000 mixed-signal oscilloscope has been enhanced with longer memory capabilities and a number of firmware improvements.  In the new version, the length of the acquisition memory has been increased up to 62.5 Mpoints in the standard unit and up to 250 Mpoints with the extended memory option.

Paperless recorders upgraded to meet FDA production guidelines

Yokogawa has announced release 2 of the SMARTDAC+(R) GX and GP series paperless recorders. These new versions mean all Yokogawa’s GX series panel-mounted recorders and GP series portable recorders will comply with the FDA 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines, and accommodate an increased number of inputs. In addition, a new graphics display function is available as an option.

Optical spectrum analyser functions sharpened for 600-1700nm wavelength range

The Yokogawa AQ6370D bench top optical spectrum analyser, the successor to the company’s AQ6370C, incorporates a number of new functions designed to enhance its accuracy and analysis capabilities in the 600-1700 nm wavelength range. Newly added functions include data logging, gate sampling, resolution calibration, an advanced marker function and an enhanced auto-sweep mode.

Yokogawa achieves ISASecure EDSA certification

Assuring customers of its high reliability, Yokogawa’s ProSafe-RS safety instrumented system has obtained the ISASecure Embedded Device Security Assurance (EDSA) certification. Based on the IEC 62443-4 standard, the certification has three elements: communication robustness testing, functional security assessment and software development security assessment.

Power source units have generation and measurement functions

Two new instruments have been added to the Yokogawa GS610 and GS820 family of source measure units: the GS610 Model 7655 is a battery simulator unit which simulates the internal resistance changes of batteries as an aid to failure analysis, while the GS820 Models 765601/Z and 765602/Z are 50 V output versions for testing higher-voltage components such as LEDs and power transistors.

Serial-Bus Testing Added to Eight-Channel Oscilloscopes

Yokogawa power meters are key to LUX-TSI EcoDesign Test programmes

Yokogawa power meters and analysers are the key elements in tests being carried out by LUX-TSI.
