Accuracy levels enhanced on power analyser

The WT3000E is an enhanced version of Yokogawa’s WT3000 precision power analyser. The specified 45 to 65Hz accuracy for the WT3000E is 0.01% of reading plus 0.03% of range. Instrument enhanced with MATLAB file saving

Yokogawa has released firmware Version 3.20 for the DL850 ScopeCorder series of instruments, which combine the features of a high-speed oscilloscope and those of a traditional data acquisition recorder in a single, portable instrument.  A key feature of the new firmware is direct file saving into the Mathworks MATLAB(R) data analysis and visualisation environment, offering users quicker and easier import of measurement data.

Trigger/analysis options upgrade oscilloscopes

Trigger and analysis options have been added by Yokogawa to its DLM2000 (4-channel) and DLM4000 (8-channel) Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes (MSOs) for testing the latest generation of in-vehicle serial buses. Test firm plays key role in electric car development

Yokogawa test instruments are playing a key role in the development of a new family of cost-effective electric vehicles being developed jointly by two German companies. Leading fork-lift truck manufacturer Linde Material Handling of Aschaffenburg, together with Hamburg-based Karabag have converted a conventional FIAT 500 into an electric car. The Karabag 500E is a conventional Fiat 500 retrofitted with an electric drive.

Arbitrary/function generators feature intuitive operation

A range of arbitrary/function generators that feature isolated output channels which allows their use in the development of floating circuits in power electronics applications have been launched by Yokogawa. The FG400 Series combines intuitive operation with comprehensive sweep and modulation facilities. The instruments allow the creation of basic, application specific and arbitrary waveforms.
