Crystek Announces The New CRFS75-2000 2 GHz RF Source

Crystek has today introduced a new 2 GHZ RF Source, the CRFS75-2000. Crystek designed the module using proprietary circuitry and surface acoustic wave resonator technology to provide ultra-low jitter/phase noise performance with true SineWave output. The resulting source features -134 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 KHz offset and a noise floor of -164 dBc/Hz.

Crystek Corporation’s Ultra-Low Phase Noise CCHD-950 Series HCMOS Clock Oscillator pushes the phase noise performance benchmark with a -168 dBc/Hz noise floor (100 MHz model). The CCHD-950 generates frequencies between 45 MHz and 130 MHz, with 50 MHz, 80 MHz, 100 MHz and 130 MHz offered as standard.
