Interposer solutions enable DDR4 design test on logic analyser
Agilent Technologies has introduced two new interposer solutions for testing DDR4 and DDR3 DRAM designs with a logic analyser. Both interposer solutions provide fast, accurate capture of address, command and data signals for debugging designs and making validation measurements.
Electronic loads offer power ratings from 150 to 6000W
The new EL97xx series of electronic loads available now from INTEPRO SYSTEMS offers users a simple means to test or characterise individual battery cells or multi-cell stacks. Models are available with power ratings from 150 to 6,000W for use as simple front panel controlled bench test or repair instruments to components in complex, automated test and burn-in systems.
G.722 wideband audio codec supported across TDM and VoIP applications

NFC conformance system approved for LLCP/SNEP testing
Agilent Technologies says that its T3111S NFC Conformance Test System has been validated for testing of NFC Forum Logical Link Protocol (LLCP) and Simple NDEF Exchange (SNEP) Protocol. It is the only test platform combining validated NFC Forum analogue RF, digital protocol, LLCP and SNEP testing in one integrated system.

Embedded software test tool supports CCES
