It will be demonstrated on the Juki booth A3-141 and is said to be a simple add-on to the Juki total line TTC software solution which is also developed by Cogiscan.

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation and Mikroprojekt have announced availability of a ECP5-based development platform to accelerate system design of communications and industrial applications at the network edge, including HetNet small cells, industrial IoT gateways and IP cameras. Mikroprojekt’s Kondor AX development platform features Lattice’s ECP5 device, a low power, small form factor FPGA with flexible interface connectivity.
MIPS CPU architecture fully supported by Google’s Brillo OS
Imagination Technologies (IMG.L) announces that the MIPS CPU architecture is one of the key CPU architectures supported by Google’s recent Brillo OS designed specifically for IoT applications. Brillo, a free, open embedded OS based on Android, is designed to connect IoT devices in a seamless and intuitive way. As MIPS is one of the three CPU architectures officially supported in Android, Brillo on MIPS is a natural evolution.
Programming system helps optimise manufacturing processes
Adaptsys announces the availability of ProgWorx ISP, a programming system for the parallel programming of panels containing multiple boards as an aid to optimising the manufacturing process. ProgWorx ISP uses Adaptsys’ ProgWorx software, proven programmers such as the SMH FlashRunner family and their proprietary multiplexing technology to speed the programming of multiple boards on a panel.

The 82P339xx-1 products are composed of IEEE 1588-compliant software and IDT Synchronisation Management Unit (SMU) chips that deliver a complete telecomms network synchronisation solution for IEEE 1588 and synchronous Ethernet.
Sound enhancement technology for portable devices
CEVA and AM3D announced recently that the companies have partnered to offer AM3D’s ZIRENE SOUND audio enhancement technology for the CEVA-TeakLite-4 audio/voice family of DSPs. AM3D will demonstrate ZIRENE SOUND running on a CEVA-TeakLite-4 silicon at the CEVA Technology Symposium Asia 2015.

Embedded modules support worldwide smart metering deployment
Sierra Wireless has announced that Iskraemeco has selected Sierra Wireless AirPrime HL series embedded modules to enable cellular connectivity in smart metering deployments worldwide. Modules within the HL series for 2G and 3G networks were selected as part of the introduction of next-gen smart electricity meters, as well as for a smart metering project which will begin deploying across the Netherlands beginning of next year.
