Hiteg has announced a Windows CE/Linux hardware/software development kit for Samsung's ARM9-based S3C2440 microprocessor. The AT2440EVB-II dev kit features the workhorse S3C2440 processor clocked to 533MHz, and targets embedded development training applications, industrial control equipment, and consumer electronics devices such as PDAs and PNDs (personal navigation devices).

Measuring 100 x 100 mm, the MINI2440 Development Board includes 64 M DRAM, 32-bit data bus, 64 M Nand Flash, and 2 M Nor Flash. The S3C2440 Microprocessor features ARM920T core for hand-held devices and general applications.
