'Smart' cabinet is highly flexible

An electronic cabinet, which is available in standard sizes from 24 to 47U, 600 and 800mm widths, and four versatile depths from 600 to 1000mm, has been introduced by Cannon Electronic Packaging. The SMARTep also features four adjustable 19" panel/slide mounts and a large cable access area on the top and base.

The cabinet’s frames accept loads of up to 800kg, making it suitable for sensitive electronic equipment. Featuring both side and rear panels, the SMARTep makes moves easier. The cabinet allows different frame sizes to be bayed together and installed with the same covers and accessory components as other SMART cabinets.

The SMARTep combines imperial and metric specifications, is shock vibration resistant and seismic upgradable, making it highly flexible.
