Now available from Schroff is a range of stainless-steel wall-mount enclosures that have been specifically designed for use in industrial environments where equipment is subjected to washing down. Manufactured by Hoffman, one of Schroff's sister companies within the Pentair Technical Products Group, the Watershed family of enclosures feature smooth, bullet-style lift-off hinges, sloped door edges and a sloped top to facilitate run-off of wash-down fluids.
The enclosures are fabricated from Type 304 stainless steel, with a seamless foam-in-place gasket to ensure an IP66-rated water-tight and dust-tight seal. The doors have an opening angle of up to 170 degrees and incorporate stainless-steel quarter-turn latches.

Providing long-life protection for electronic or electrical controls, the Watershed enclosures are available in 18 different sizes from 406 x 305 x 203mm to 1524 x 914 x 406mm and carry international approvals such as UL 508A, CSA C22.2 No. 94, and NEMA Types 4, 4X and 12.

Optional accessories include a stand-off kit, a mounting bracket kit, various types of panels and, for added security, padlocking-handle or padlocking-latch kits.
