Lower pressure crimping tools speed up operations
Two new handheld crimping tools from Weidmuller have been introduced by Conrad Business Supplies.. Designed to minimise the amount of pressure required from the user and hence speed and ease operation, the PZ 10 HEX and PZ 10 SQR crimping tools are suitable for wire-end ferrules with or without plastic collars in the cross-section range 0.14mm² to 10mm².
The PZ10 HEX is designed for reliable and widely-used hexagonal crimped connections. The PZ10 SQR satisfies demand from customers who require square crimped connections.
Both feature an automatic stop, which prevents the tool from being opened unintentionally during use. This also ensures more consistent and precise crimping and prevents time-consuming errors.
An ergonomic handle design ensures safe and comfortable operation. Both the PZ 10 HEX and the PZ 10 SQR offer robust build quality.
