Rugged Visual Fault Locator

This visual fault locator, model 5101, features end-to-end visual fiber identification and detects breaks and micro-bends through jacketed fiber. This VFL offers wavelengths from 640 to 660nm.With its rugged design, a universal connector and accurate measurement, this VFL is able to examine all kinds of patch cords, ribbons or bunched pigtails in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks. Its measurement range is up to 5km and it has an operating time of 30 hours on a single battery charge.
