Keysight expands multi-vendor services capability
Keysight Technologies says it will now provide single vendor service solutions for a broad range of multi-vendor products. The services include calibration of physical, dimensional and optical products; training; and company-wide support. The company's multi-vendor services include single-source solutions from a trusted partner for electronic, physical, dimensional and mechanical calibration and technical expertise and OEM repair capabilities.
“This announcement demonstrates Keysight’s multi-vendor capability and commitment to deliver tailored service solutions well beyond traditional electronic test and measurement equipment,” said Mike Gasparian, senior vice president, Customer Support and Services and Worldwide Marketing, Keysight. “The need for these services was reinforced when alarge U.S. aerospace/defense prime contractor awarded Keysight with a $25M, five-year contract with extensions to 2021 for calibration services of their multi-vendor test and measurement equipment environment.”
