Agilent Technologies' Handheld Digital Multimeters Chosen by Yulista Management Services for Wireless Engine Test System

Agilent Technologies announced that Yulista Management Services, a contractor for the U.S. Army, has selected the Agilent U1252A handheld digital multimeters (DMMs) for repair and troubleshooting of Army vehicles. The DMMs will be used by soldiers worldwide as part of a wireless engine test system in the vehicles.
Yulista provides professional and technical services to agencies and businesses in prototype engineering, metrology, aerospace engineering and administrative services throughout the United States. Agilent will configure the DMMs to meet the Army's specific requirements.

The Agilent U1252A digital multimeter is rugged and portable, while providing high-performance measurements and functionality. This DMM delivers accurate test results and, with its vast capabilities, simplifies measurements in electronics troubleshooting. Features include a built-in square-wave generator and frequency counter, intuitive graphical user interface, data-logging software and more.

Agilent's range of compact and robust handheld test tools include:

* U1210A series clamp meters;
* U1240B series DMMs;
* U1250B series DMMs;
* U1401B multi-function calibrator/meter;
* U1600B series oscilloscopes;
* U1701B capacitance meter; and
* U1730B series LCR meters.

Model-specific capabilities include a data logger, frequency counter, temperature and capacitance measurements, switch counter and square-wave generator.
