As a technology sponsor, the Oasis uses NXP BlueBox autonomous platform and V2X technology to analyse driving environments, assess risk factors and then direct the car's behaviour. Different sensors based on NXP technology capture a 360° view of its surroundings with pinpoint precision. Sensor fusion is used to compute the safe driving maneuver. Secure V2X technologies offer intelligent traffic management solutions – it can even look around corners and obstacles, offering warnings to make driving safer. In the Oasis, the journey becomes the destination.
