This reference design can be used to quickly establish a wireless mesh network that connects various types of sensors directly to the Internet. Inputs like RS232, RS485 or RTD are on the board to collect data for predictive maintenance from different sensors and machines.

For data processing a high performance ARM Cortex M4F MCU with Floating Point Unit and DSP acceleration is on the board.

Features

  • Industrial-grade wireless connectivity
  • Powerful ARM Cortex-M4F and Cortex-M3 MCUs
  • RS232 and RS485/422 interfaces for easy evaluation
  • 3-wire RTD (PT100) input
