Weller Tools has introduced the CBC-A Extraction Cabinet.

The air curtain cabinet works with an air ventilation concept that separates the operator from the process by a dual air curtain system. This prevents fumes from entering the large front opening.

The CBC-A air curtain cabinet’s ventilation concept separates the operator from the process by a dual air curtain system, giving unlimited accessibility on the workbench. The air curtain concept eliminates the need for a front glass screen, creating a more user-friendly environment for the operator and giving unlimited access for equipment and tools.

The air curtain cabinet stands directly on the workbench and can be used for a variety of applications, such as laboratory work, soldering and gluing. The CBC-A can be connected to mobile filter units from Weller for low running costs and high mobility.

The air curtain cabinet stands directly on the workbench surface and is lightweight enough to easily be moved around from one area to another. No fixed installation is required.

A conventional suction cabinet consumes approximately 1000m³/h. The CBC-A requires only 200m³/h. That equates to 80 percent lower running costs.

This low noise cabinet comes with interior fittings: Tube lighting (2x 39W) and 4x main connectors.
