Agilent Technologies Inc. today announced its award-winning Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes have won two additional industry awards in China:
* 2011 China Annual Creativity in Electronics (ACE) Award -- Test and Measurement Product of the Year, presented by eMedia Asia's EETimes-China, ESM-China, Electronic Design-China
* 2010 Product of the Year, presented by Electronic Products China

Winners and finalists are considered the best in the industry, setting the pace through their innovation, vision and leadership in mainland China's electronics industry.

For the China ACE Awards more than 200 entries were received from international and domestic semiconductor and test companies. Winners were selected by readers.

Choosing from among hundreds of products, the editors of Electronic Products China made their selections based upon significant advancements in technology or function, an improvement on an existing technology or application, and ease of use.

Agilent's Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes have received seven industry awards since they were introduced less than one year ago, said Jay Alexander, vice president of Agilent's oscilloscope business. This level of acknowledgement reinforces the technology leadership and unprecedented measurement contributions the products bring to customers. We are honored by these latest two awards and will continue on our path to develop additional industry-leading products going forward.

The Agilent 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes, the world's fastest real-time oscilloscopes, deliver the industry's highest real-time scope measurement accuracy, the only 30-GHz oscilloscope probing system, and the most complete application-specific measurement software. These oscilloscopes are able to deliver the highest measurement accuracy because they offer the highest true analog bandwidth (32 GHz), the lowest oscilloscope noise floor (2.04 mV at 50 mV/div, 32 GHz), and the lowest jitter measurement floor (150 fs).
